My first time at this location and it was great. Ricky was super friendly and explained the benefits of the membership painlessly. Great car wash that made my car look like new. I’ll definitely be returning regularly.

Today, I received excellent service from Jacob who seemed to be very well informed given his newness with the company. First time ever seeing him here and as a regular, I’m quite pleased. David (service manager) was very helpful when I was having issues locating the vacuums.

I had issues with my card and Ricky sent me through. Said he couldn't let me turn around and go home with a dusty vehicle like mine. Lol great guy and he has been here for years. God bless him and his family.

I pulled up to Wash Masters #3 in Mansfield. I already have a membership somewhere else, but they offered me a free wash so I could see if I liked their service. I came back to use my free wash and saw David and Ricky. They took great care of me, and I really appreciated the customer service.

RICKY IS MY LIFESAVER !!!’ I met Ricky at the car wash, and he’s there every day, working hard. Today, I was stuck because the business couldn’t accept cash or tap-to-pay, and my card kept declining. Ricky didn’t give up on me—he understood the situation and still made it happen. My car was filthy, and he gave it a top-notch wash. Ricky’s hustle and professionalism? 10 out of 10. I’d recommend him any day—five stars!
